Is SafeSide Prevention a non-profit / NGO?

SafeSide Prevention, LLC (SafeSide Australia Pty Ltd) is a mission driven for-profit company. We are part of a growing number of organisations around the world that are pursuing our mission through social entrepreneurship. You can learn more about this movement here and here and here and here. 

In founding SafeSide (with assistance from UR Ventures), we determined that the flexibility and structure of a private company would best support the transformation we aimed to promote in suicide prevention education and health care delivery. The benefits included having the financial stability to serve our partners long-term and a strong ability to attract and retain top talent from diverse industries to support technical, creative, and business model innovation.
